If you have a history of diverticular disease, I always suggest that you avoid trying to chew the nuts, but rather add the nuts of choice to your smoothie, where they will be ground into a powder.

  • Macadamia Nuts
  • Walnuts

  • Pecans
  • Chestnuts
  • Flaxseeds [Fresh Ground]
  • Hemp Protein Powder
  • Ground Unsweetened Coconut or coconut flakes
