1 HealthChek™ Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and HealthChek™ Chronic Care Monitoring (CCM) programs are conducted in conjunction with 1bios and your designated medical care provider. RPM and CCM monitoring must be requested by the Client.

2 HealthChek™ financing options for your chosen HealthChek programs can be arranged with CareCredit® (www.carecredit.com) for qualified clients.
