I try to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night but I still feel like I want to fall asleep during the day, especially after every meal. Should I be worried about this?

What to do:
Discuss your situation with your doctor and ask your doctor to test you for early onset diabetes and for low thyroid function. In the meantime try reducing the size of your meals and drinking more clean water. If you do not exercise regularly, you may want to ask your doctor to help you develop a safe age appropriate exercise and fitness regimen. You should be careful not to eat large meals when you are driving a vehicle or operating machinery as the drowsiness that you are experiencing can make you more prone to accidents.
